This is suggested music festival holiday with three nights included in Ravello . The Ravello Festival is held over two months every summer . The concerts take place in the Villa Ruffino , the villa that inspired Wagner ’ s Parsifal , in the Sala dei Cavalieri and also on the outdoor stage , the Belvedere Villa Rufolo . Full orchestras perform works by famous composers such as Beethoven , Wagner , Chopin , Bach and Mozart , as well as lesser known Italian composers such as Scarlatti and Cimarosa . The Ravello Festival ’ s main venue includes a suspended stage , built in the stunning gardens of the villa , with panoramic views over the Amalfi coast and the sea . Top calibre artists , orchestras from the major opera houses in Italy , and musicians come to perform here each year , making this a wonderful holiday not to forget .
